Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Session Cancellation:
    1. Clinic Visit: Cancel up to 6 hours in advance for full rescheduling.
    2. Home Visit: Cancel up to 12 hours in advance. Later cancellations may attract 50% charge.
  2. Refunds:
    1. Non-refundable for completed sessions.
    2. Prepaid package refunds will be calculated based on used sessions minus any discounts.
  3. No-show Policy:
    1. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
  4. Processing Time: Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
