He holds teaching positions at IPGME&R Kolkata and has served as an examiner and thesis adjudicator at several institutions nationwide. Actively involved in various prominent organizations, Dr. Taraphder contributes to the Scientific Committee of the Indian Society of Nephrology and serves on the Core Group responsible for establishing dialysis quality standards in India. He also lends his expertise to faculty selection and promotion at SGPGI, Lucknow, showcasing his commitment to advancing medical education and research.
