Dr. Aditya Aggarwal is an eminent Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgeon with more than 32 years of professional experience. His specializations are aesthetic and cosmetic surgery, including breast surgery (both cosmetic and reconstructive), rhinoplasty (surgery of the nose), hand and reconstructive microsurgery, and head-neck surgery. After completing his MBBS from the Inst. of Medical Sciences, BHU, 1992, he also achieved MS (General Surgery) from Inst. of Medical Sciences, 1995, MCh (Plastic Surgery) from King George's Medical Coll., 1998, and DNB (Plastic Surgery) from National Board of Examination, India, 1999. He commenced his medical advanced training at the well?recognized IMS BHU Varanasi and KGMC Lucknow (now KGM Univ.) in India, followed by Fellowships in Taiwan, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Dr. Aggarwal has served as honored with the "Visiting Professorship in Microsurgery-2022" and the esteemed "Ethicon Visiting Professorship in Cosmetic Surgery -2015" by the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (APSI). He boasts over 40 indexed publications and book chapters and has served as an active international part of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) for the past five years. Dr. Aggarwal is a sought-after speaker at both national and international conferences. In his role as President of IAAPS, he serves as the organizing chairperson for the 19th annual conference of IAAPS: AESURG 2024, slated to take place in Delhi next year. In 2021, the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India awarded the "APSICON 2022 Visiting Professor in Microsurgery" during APSICON 2021 in New Delhi. In 2014, the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India awarded the "Ethicon Visiting Professorship in Cosmetic Surgery 2015" during APSICON 2014 at PGI, Chandigarh. The publication "Role of Microvascular free tissue transfer in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery" won the best publication accolade at the 5th International Conference of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Inst. Research Centre (RGCON), New Delhi, India in March 2006. The publication "Salvage of critically injured limb: Role of Microsurgery" won the best publication accolade at the Delhi chapter of ASI (Association of Surgeons of India) in March 2005. The "Johnson & Johnson and Ganga Hosp. Fellowship" was awarded in Plastic, Hand, and Reconstructive Microsurgery to the applicant in Coimbatore, India, in July-August 2002. The B R Aggarwal Gold Medal for the best postgraduate was awarded in Feb 1999 to the applicant for the Gold Medal, M.Ch. Plastic Surgery. The "Inst.
