Dr. Ashish Sabharwal is a famous urologist and experienced robotic surgeon with over two decades of professional experience. He is a certified proctor for robotic surgery by Intuitive Surgical, USA, and has performed over 2000 successful robotic surgeries. His expertise spans common issues like kidney and bladder stones as well as serious concerns like kidney and prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction, and enlarged prostate (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy). He has performed all kinds of penile implants on over 300 patients. Examples of his implants include Malleable penile implants and 2-piece and 3-piece implants. Dr. Sabharwal is also known for his specialization in kidney transplants. Dr. Ashish began his medical journey with an MBBS from R.G. Kar Medical Coll., Calcutta, West Bengal, India, in 2000. It was followed by M S, General Surgery, B.L.D.E.A’s Shree B.M. Patil Medical Coll., Bijapur, Karnataka, India, 2004. He gained the advanced training through the Non-Scalpel Vasectomy advanced training Course, Lok Nayak Hosp., New Delhi, India, 2006. He learned through two more advanced training courses, which were HIFU for Prostate Cancer Doctors Hosp., Nassau, Bahamas, 2010 and Online Basic Urologic Ultrasound course, AUA, 2010. With his excellent aptitude and capabilities, he also went on to work for a highly coveted Clinical Fellowship in Robotic Surgery and Endourology, Urology Centre of Excellence, Jackson Health System, Miami, USA, 2011. Dr. Ashish is a certified trainer for Penile implant Surgery by Boston Scientific, along with being a certified proctor for Robotic Surgery by Intuitive Surgical.
