Dr. Dinesh Singhal is a well?recognized Gastrointestinal Surgeon with more than 36 years of professional experience. He focuses on procedures such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, laparoscopic surgery for hernia, surgery for liver cysts, small bowel resection for tumors, laparoscopic appendicectomy, Whipple procedure, surgery for gastric outlet obstruction, and gastrectomy for stomach cancer. Dr. Singhal is well-versed in diagnosing and managing gastrointestinal and liver diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, bile leak, umbilical hernia, alcoholic fatty liver disease, GI cancer, and pancreatitis. He completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Gajra Raja Medical Coll. and J A Group of Hospitals, Gwalior, in 1988 and 1992, respectively. Later, he specialized in the surgical management of GI disorders, pursuing a DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from the National Board of Examination, New Delhi, in 2003. Dr. Singhal has served as internationally trained in various GI and liver procedures. He holds a Fellowship in Liver, Biliary, and Pancreatic Surgery from the Academic Medical Centre, Univ. of Amsterdam, a Fellowship of the American Coll. of Surgeons (FACS), and a Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons (FRCS). Dr. Singhal is a part of esteemed medical associations such as the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), the American Coll. of Surgeons (ACS), and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES). Dr. Singhal has contributed significantly to research within the field of Gastrointestinal Surgery, with over 50 publications in international journals such as Gastroenterology, BJS, JAMA Surgery, etc. He has participated in various national (ASI, IASG, ACRSI) and international conferences (IHPBA, Geneva, 2018 and SAGES, USA, 2019).
