He is skilled in various diagnostic, clinical, and interventional cardiology procedures, including treadmill exercise testing, Holter monitoring, nuclear studies (MUGA and thallium scanning), and echocardiography (2D, Doppler, color flow mapping, and esophageal). His specialized areas of interventional cardiology include pulmonary valve, balloon dilation of the mitral valve, coarctation of the aorta, renal, and peripheral arteries, along with temporary and permanent pacemaker implantations. Dr. Saxena demonstrated specialization in independently conducting numerous cardiac catheterizations for both pediatric and adult patients.
