Dr. Krishan Chugh is a well?recognized Paediatrician with specialization in Paediatric Pulmonology and Allergy. He has 34 years of rich professional experience in his field. His expertise includes Paediatric and Neonatal Bronchoscopy and is a pioneer in interventional bronchoscopy for children in India. In 1982, he initiated the first Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in India at Kalawati Saran Children's Hosp., Lady Harding Medical Coll., New Delhi. He later established the first private-sector PICU in India at Sir Ganga Ram Hosp., New Delhi. He completed his MBBS in 1977 and MD in Pediatrics in 1982 from the Univ. of Delhi. After that, he did MNAMS from the National Academy of Medical Sciences in 1982. He frequently contributes articles to scientific publications. He has directed various workshops and courses in Paediatrics, Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Pulmonology, and Critical Care. He has also edited multiple books and contributed chapters to numerous others.Education
