Dr. Manoj Padman boasts a 30 -year expertise as a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in pediatric musculoskeletal conditions. He is particularly skilled in hip pathologies, including congenital anomalies, post-infective, and post-traumatic conditions, as well as deformity correction and limb reconstruction. He graduated from Jawaharlal Inst. of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) with a gold medal in Orthopedic Surgery from Pondicherry Univ. in 1994. After that, he did his MS (Orthopaedics) from Jawaharlal Inst. of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry Univ., in 1997. He holds Diplomate status in Orthopedic Surgery from the National Board of Examinations, in 1997. He also received Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Orthopedics from the UK, he addresses a wide range of issues affecting children and adolescents' musculoskeletal health, and completed basic surgical fellowship (FRCS) from the Royal Coll. of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Dr. Padman further trained in Orthopedics in the UK, earning Fellowship (FRCS Trauma & Orthopedic Surgery) from the Intercollegiate Board of Examinations in 2008. He also completed Pediatric Orthopedic fellowship at Sheffield Children’s Hosp., serving as National Fellow in Pediatric Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery. Dr. Padman's career has served as dedicated to establishing comprehensive Pediatric Orthopedic services, motivated by firsthand observations of the existing limitations in pediatric orthopedic care delivery, which inspired him to establish CPOD. He holds memberships of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Delhi Orthopaedic Association, Indian Orthopaedic Association, Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India, and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.Education
