Dr. Renu P Kumar has published a study on the outcomes of Single Ventricle and Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection in the Asian Cardiovascular and Thoracic Annals in 2006. She performed research on Cardiogenic shock in Children in 2006. She has investigated the Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery in infancy with preserved left ventricular function in 2008. She published a publication on Extensive Mongolian spots indicating GM1 gangliosidosis in 2009. She has performed a study on the characterization of a distinct lethal arteriopathy syndrome associated with a novel mutation in the FBLN4 gene, confirming fibulin-4 as a critical determinant of human vascular elastogenesis in 2012.
