Dr. Somnath Mukherjee is an eminent gastroenterologist of Kolkata. He has had professional experience in the field of gastroenterology for more than 33 years. He performs upper and lower gastrointestinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as a therapeutic ERCP. He is also an an expert in executing the following procedures: OGD, Colonoscopy with polypectomy, Variceal banding, heater probe, APC, Injection treatment for bleeding, Esophageal dilatation and stent insertion, capsule endoscopy, and CVP insertion, among others.
