Dr. Sunil Wani is a distinguished Interventional Cardiologist with more than 27 years of professional experience in the field. He focuses on adult interventional cardiology and offers comprehensive treatment for various cardiac conditions, including angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, atherosclerosis, cardiomyopathy, hypertension, and peripheral artery disease. Dr. Wani has performed over 2,000 cardiac procedures to date. He is skilled in performing a range of advanced procedures, such as: Primary Angioplasties Rotablation Pacemaker/ICD/CRTD Implantation, Balloon Aortic and Mitral Valvuloplasty, Atrial Septal Devices TAVTR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) Dr. Wani completed MBBS, MD in General Medicine, and DM in Cardiology from the Univ. of Bombay in 1997, 2000, and 2004 respectively. Later, in 2005, he received advanced training at Charles Nicolle Hosp., France, under the guidance of Dr. Alain Cribier. In 2006, he served as a a fellow of Interventional Cardiology at Korea Univ. Medical Centre, Seoul. Dr. Wani has also been trained in Interventional Cardiology at the Swiss Cardiovascular Centre in Bern, Switzerland, and in the TAVR procedure (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) at Cedars Sinai Hosp. in Los Angeles, USA.
